hahahaha David Goldstein love it! I'm so happy you are digging these practices! Yes I've heard many teachers talk or link some of the work from Freud to Yoga philosophy. Also Jung makes a heavy imprint on some of the Yoga Nidra practices. Check out Anodea Judith's work!

thank you so much, this was beautiful and profound. i dont remember if obes have been mentioned here, but from my experience with them, i could imagine these practices taking me there. i know sleep-sleep and/or lucid dreaming or obes (just by virtue of yoga's etymology) aren't the goal here, but admittedly i experienced a beautiful lucid dream where i found myself in what can only be described as The Yoga House, and yall were there, and i woke from it tearful in the best way possible. sorry if i'm getting too woowoo here, but i guess im kind of a woowoo dude. i love you all, you are the best!
